FINALLY

I finally had KFC after a million billion zillion years. I really can’t remember when did I have my last KFC meal.

I finally went to the library after so long. I spent a good 1 hour walking up and down the whole library trying to find the fiction corner for adult and teenager but I just couldn’t find it. Finally, I spotted the HUGO Room and stepped in to find myself surrounded by fiction books. See, now you know just how long have I not stepped into the library. I don’t even have the slightest idea when has the HUGO Room been implemented.

I finally ended almost all my tuition for this week.  After a good battle for the whole week, I am proud to say that I am going to be free for this Sunday. Hohoho.

Finally I can get to watch High School Musical 2. Hehe.

I finally saw my secondary school lao pa aka Jason on TV today. Lol. Damn funny. Just doesn’t looks like him. Haha.

Something unhappy:

I finally get pissed off by a particular someone.  PLEASE don’t rely on others for information. You are no longer in primary school. I am busy enough with my stuffs and I don’t need you to come and add more trouble. I don’t spoon feed people with information, not even my students. I always believe in making effort. If you don’t wish to make even the slightest effort, don’t go rely on people. Just rot there by yourself. You really wasted all my effort trying to help you. I totally regretted it and I am not going to give you any more information!

Happy girl

I am now a happy girl. Hehe. That is because my bank account finally gone back to the amount that I wanted after 2 years within 2 months. Hohoho. So happy. =P Hopefully I can maintain it and let it continue to grow. Hehe.

However, I will have to put all my plans about going on a holiday during December to a stop for the time being. =’( I want to go to Taiwan so badly if not I can compromise for Thailand. =P  If only someone can sponsor my trip. Hehe.

Met up with Yun, Yan Ting, JY, TWT, Phy and Wei Ying on Tuesday at 85 market and I met Pei Shan and Pui Wah on the bus home yesterday. Hehe. Within a couple of days, I met so many of my secondary school friends. =D

Something that I hate about nowadays is the heat and the rain. The weather is so unpredictable lately and I really hate walking a 15-20 minutes walk to and from my students’ houses. Now I have became one of the ‘aunties’. Haha. I ensure that I bring my umbrella out everyday and use it as I walk. Lol. Call me ‘Aunty’ Queen of Dramas. Haha.

I haven’t been able to watch any dramas lately and I really don’t feel good about it. My last drama is Why Why Love and luckily I am watching The X-Family constantly but I really hate to catch the episode-by-episode. Just can’t wait for the drama to come to an end. =P

I am so so so so so so so sure that I am allergic to

I am so so so so so so so sure that I am allergic to kiwi. I just merely touch it with my lips and almost immediately, I can feel the burning sensation and the next thing I know is it is swollen. To think that I actually love kiwi a couple of years back till I had it once when I was sick and I never dare to touch it again.

Why did I get to touch a kiwi today then, you must be asking. We had an early celebration of my father’s birthday and I treated them to dinner at the coffee shop nearby and they bought cake for my dad. It so happened that there is kiwi in it and as my cake was upside down, don’t ask me how, I did not really realize the kiwi until my lips touches it.

Luckily, I only touched it and did not eat it or the next thing I know, I will be red and on my way to see a doctor. Lol. Must be grateful that I did not eat it. Haha.

Late

I was supposed to write a new entry yesterday but obviously it slipped out of my mind. Yesterday turned out to be a bad day for me. A very irritating and disgusting thing happened in the morning. I was informed that someone who had been reading my blog have been distorting things that I wrote and trying to control my life. >:(

To that particular person: Please keep away, mind your own business and read my entries carefully.

After which I went off to teach tuition and saw Leanne at the house. =) Our students lived under the same roof so I will get to meet her at least twice a week. The students are forever that interesting and funny. That really makes me smile. Teaching for a few hours straight before I headed home, had dinner and set off again for my make-up tuition with another student. Now you know why it was a bad day for me. It was a long and irritating day for me.

On the happier note, I finally get to watch Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone; and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. =D I only managed to read the book and never manged to catch the movie. But they were kind of disappointing cos a few details were missing from the movie. Heard that the next following few movies will leave out even more details. -.-’

A few days ago, my mum was changing the drawers that keeps our home wear clothes and my mum found a cane hidden in my younger brother’s drawer. It brings back a lot of memory. We used to keep canes in our drawers so that our parents could not find them. Lol. But we never realised that my brother actually managed to keep 1 particular cane for so many years. Haha.

I am planning on Children’s Day

Lol. Yes, you did not read me wrong. I am planning on what to get my tuition kids on Children’s Day. Haha. In fact, I spent $10+ on some rulers and pens for my tuition kids. Hehe. I intend to add more things to it as the day drew nearer. =P

My dad’s birthday is coming and I am intending to give a treat to my family on that day at a coffee shop nearby. However, we still to plan because it clashes with my grandmother’s birthday celebration.

For twice of this week, I had managed to catch a ride from Leanne back home from tuition as we coincidentally had tuition either at the same time or end at almost the same time. Hehe. Thanks lots, Leanne. =)

I also met Eilin today while I was making my way to Bedok MRT to make my way to my 4th tuition of the day. Had a small chat but we were both rushing for time so we parted before we really talk.

Glad to see people and hear that people I know are all still alive and kicking. Lol. Just kidding.

Oh, I took cab 3 times just within 4 days. Argh! Not very glad with myself. I always try to refrain from taking a cab but sometimes the circumstances just don’t allow it to happen. I like taking cab but I hate paying the fares. Lol. It just make me a lot poorer. I am going to refrain from taking cab as much as possible for the time being. =)

I have been debating whether I should get a portable DVD player for quite some time. Finally decided not to get it on Monday.

I am thinking about the uses of a portable DVD player. No doubt that recently I have been spending a lot of my time on the road but I always have my iPod to accompany me and if I decided to get the portable DVD player, what will happen to my iPod? Afterall, I paid a decent sum for it. After thinking through everything, I decided against it.

I shall not be too materialistic. I want to be more practical. Unless necessary, I will refrain from paying extra. That is for the time being. Hehe. But I doubt how long will I keep to it? Lol. Money can really do wonders. Haha.

I finally managed to discover the how to differentiate a terrance house, semi-detached and a bungalow. Lol. Thanks to Leanne. Just within a few months, I came across 2 of them and which I get to visit at least once a week. If my financial position allows, I want to live in one of them and keep a dog that is like Letto (is that the spelling?). Hehe. Okay, off I go to bed. Too tired. =D

Oh ya, did I mention that Sweet Talk is going to release a new product? It’s ice cream. It tastes good and I really love the chocolate ice cream and don’t really enjoy the green tea one cos the powdery taste is too strong. Overall, it is good. Remember to look out for the launch. =)

Hectic schedule

I have 11 individual students and 1 class now. My schedule is so packed that I have to go out to give tuition every single day.

I am now so frustrated with myself that I don’t have anymore leisure time for myself. In fact, I have to sacrifice my meal times to travel from one place to another.

I can’t even give up any student now cause their exams are coming in a few weeks time. But I had made up my mind to drop a few students once their exams are over. I need my rest and to begin life as a student once again.

Tuition is easy money but you have to sacrifice all your afternoons and evenings.

Sprees will stop till I managed to find time for them. Guess there will be very little activities in my blog for the next few weeks.  Haiz.

Quick updates

I know I have disappear for more than a week. Hehe. Been too busy with my tuition assignments and the catching of Harry Potter. I am glad to say I am finally at the last book.  =)

Okay, quick updates now.

I went to the NDP pre-show on the 28th July, thanks to my brother for bringing home so many NDP tickets.  Haha. The show is good but it gave me a headache cos you have to keep looking left, right and up and down. I prefer to sit at home and watch the parade. Lol.

The rest of the time (other than teaching tuition), I am at home, lying on my bed and reading away. I feel like I am going for a Harry Potter exam and did not pay attention in class all the time. Lol.

Other than that, I am teaching away and traveling from places to places.

Today, when I stepped out of the MRT, I was approached by perhaps the 100th Prudential agent I met and was given an almost an hour talk on their policies. Guess I am not good at rejecting their invitation for a talk. Lol.

Okay, off I go. Back to my Potter book.

Harry Potter Fans

For once, Queen of Dramas decided to take a change and become Harry Potter fans. Lol.

I am a late starter for Potter and am only halfway through the 3rd book, Prisoner of Azkaban. Not so bad for me since I only started 2 days ago. =P My younger brother said that was because I had nothing better to do at home. -.- Thanks bro.

I already had the full set of Harry Potter back at home now and I happily read the last page of Deathly Hallows. Lol. I was breaking all the fun for my younger brother. He was covering his ears and telling me off yesterday night. Wahaha.

The stories are very interesting that I can’t help but keep reading the book. I forgone my sleep and read till the late hours and wake up early to continue. I read on the bus, while I was walking, while I was waiting and anytime possible.

Does anyone has the VCDs or DVDs to Harry Potter movies? Kindly lend it to me. Hehe. =D Pretty please.

Tarots

I have been developing interest in tarot cards. I feel that it is an answer to many of the questions I have.

Lately, I have been very troubled. I want to further my studies but not in accountancy. I want to do Korean studies but there isn’t any university in Singapore that has Korean studies. All they have are short language courses. I want to go overseas to study Korean but financial is a problem.

If I really can send myself overseas for Koreans studies, I am considering either to take it in Taiwan or Korea.

I have been wondering if switching into another professional will be good for me. Afterall, comparing between Korean studies and accountancy, accountancy is definitely the more popular and rationale choice. Korean is just my interests and finding a job in relation to Korean should be pretty hard.

I want to go for a tarot reading to find out if my interest will last and make me a happier person. Should I remain on the safer grounds, accounting, or jump to something that I have interests in.

*Sob*  I missed Mike. Not that I saw him and starting to miss him but I actually did not get to see him during his little stay in Singapore. ARGH!!!

I thought he would be leaving at 1+pm on Monday but did not realize that the time in his official website was the time that he touched down in Taiwan. I happily woke up at a freaking 10+am and went online to check the gate that he would be leaving by and realized that he left early in the morning. SHUCKS.

So yes, I did not get to see him and not to mention that I did not get to listen to his interview LIVE. I had to record it down and listened at night just because my whole day was so fully packed. So disappointed. T.T Jia Ying had promised me that she would accompany me to his event the next time he dropped by Singapore, provided that she is available. -.-

Hopefully he will drop by to promote Why Why Love. Hehe. =P

Regarding the sprees, I am still waiting for the parcels to arrive at my house. Although the Bigi parcel is already in Singapore, it is still ‘happily’ sitting in the warehouse of Speedpost. I will be giving them a ‘little’ reminder tomorrow if it still don’t arrive at my house before I leave my house to teach tuition tomorrow. Haha. =P

As for the JJS parcel, I have no idea why is it taking so long, this time round, to reach Singapore. Will be checking again tomorrow if it is in Singapore yet.
